Return and Refund Policy

At The Die Cut Stickers, we are committed to providing high-quality custom stickers and packaging solutions. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You must submit your return request within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted by mail. We do not support in-person or drop-off returns.

  • A return label is included in the package for your convenience.

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

To begin a return, email info@thediecutstickers.com with your order number, details about the issue, and photos (if applicable).


Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the item meets our return conditions. A replacement will be issued once the original product is returned and inspected.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed stickers or die-cut products unless they are defective

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 10-day window
