At The Die Cut Stickers, we are committed to providing high-quality custom stickers and packaging solutions. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
You must submit your return request within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted by mail. We do not support in-person or drop-off returns.
A return label is included in the package for your convenience.
We do not charge any restocking fee.
To begin a return, email info@thediecutstickers.com with your order number, details about the issue, and photos (if applicable).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the item meets our return conditions. A replacement will be issued once the original product is returned and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed stickers or die-cut products unless they are defective
Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error
Items returned after the 10-day window
